User Data Deletion
You can ask Zyphcode to delete your personal data at any time. This includes any data we received when you used Facebook Login or connected a Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp account to one of our apps. Deletion is free, and we complete it within 30 days.
Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
This removes our app’s access and automatically sends us a deletion request.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and websites (under Your activity or Security).
- Find the Zyphcode app and select Remove.
- Tick the option to delete posts, videos or events the app may have posted on your behalf if you wish, then confirm Remove.
- Under Removed, select the app and choose Send request to ask us to delete your data. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to check the status.
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Under Active, select the Zyphcode app and tap Remove.
Option 2 — Send us a deletion request
Fill in the form below, or email founder@zyphcode.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name and email address (or the Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp account) you used with us.
What we delete
- Profile data received from Meta platforms (name, profile picture, email, app-scoped user ID);
- Connected Page, Instagram or WhatsApp Business account details and access tokens;
- Messages, comments and other content stored by our Services on your behalf;
- Your enquiries, contact details and correspondence with us.
We may keep a minimal record of the request itself (an ID, confirmation code and dates) to show that it was handled, and any data we are legally required to keep, for example for tax or legal claims. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within our normal backup cycle.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 72 hours and may ask you to verify your identity.
- We delete your data from our systems and ask our service providers to do the same.
- We confirm by email when deletion is complete — within 30 days of your request.
Check the status of a request
If you requested deletion through Facebook, enter the confirmation code you were given.
Your rights
